The first LADA Iskra cars have already arrived at dealerships, reports the "AUTOSTAT" agency. In particular, a batch of new models has arrived at the "Pragmatika" showrooms in St. Petersburg. Among the first models presented are two body versions: a sedan and a cross-wagon.
According to Alexander Shaprinsky, Commercial Director of the "Pragmatika" network, buyers are showing the greatest interest in the cross-version.
The high body and ground clearance, the large interior volume – all this is important for our buyer. Therefore, Iskra in the Cross body is seen as a balanced model for various operating conditions.
Sales of LADA Iskra officially start on July 20, and on July 18, AVTOVAZ will announce prices and configurations. The model will be available in three body styles (sedan, wagon and cross-wagon) and with three types of engines:
- 1.6-liter (90 hp) with 5-speed manual transmission,
- 1.6-liter (106 hp) with 6-speed manual transmission,
- 1.6-liter (106 hp) with automatic transmission.
The first deliveries will cover Moscow, St. Petersburg and Togliatti, and in the following weeks the cars will arrive in other cities.
LADA Iskra is positioned as an affordable and practical model, combining urban comfort and off-road characteristics.
