Beloretsk Plant of Thermal Equipment Increased Capacity Thanks to Modernization and Support from the IDF

Beloretsk Plant of Thermal Equipment (BZTO), part of the "Enthusiast" group, has completed a large-scale modernization of production, increasing the output of fan heaters and heat generators to 55 thousand units per year. Investments in the project amounted to 77 million rubles, of which 60 million rubles were provided by the Industrial Development Fund (IDF) in the form of a concessional loan.

Our own design bureau allows us to develop and produce products that have no analogues in the world — for example, no one produces a diesel heat gun with a removable fuel canister.
Ilya Shnaider, CEO of BZTO

The plant also remains the only manufacturer of indirect heating diesel guns in Russia. Such a heat gun is characterized by the presence of a closed combustion chamber in its design, as well as a special exhaust channel that prevents combustion products from entering the environment.

According to the company, more than 80% of the Russian market for thermal equipment is still occupied by imported products, mainly Chinese. However, BZTO plans to increase its share from 5% to 10% by expanding production and localizing 95% of components. About 80% of components are manufactured directly at the plant, which reduces dependence on external suppliers. The company's main clients are construction and road repair companies, agricultural enterprises, and car services. BZTO products are also available on marketplaces, in DIY online retail, and specialized stores.
