Students and faculty at Reshetnev University in Krasnoyarsk have created a specialized group of drones capable of operating without stable communication, including in the harsh climatic conditions of the Far North.
The development, called "Partisan," includes two types of drones: a repeater with a powerful antenna and an extended battery for temporary communication, and a multifunctional drone for monitoring and delivering cargo up to 5 kg. All components and software are adapted to the conditions of Siberia.
This ensures that drones effectively cope with the tasks of geological exploration, mapping and delivery of goods to remote areas
Drones capable of operating autonomously in conditions without communication are in demand in the Arctic, in the north and in emergency areas.
