The heavy aircraft-carrying cruiser \"Admiral Kuznetsov\" must be preserved to ensure the training of naval aviation pilots. This was stated by the former commander of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, Admiral Vladimir Komoyedov.
According to him, maintaining the cruiser is not an easy task, but the \"Admiral Kuznetsov\" should continue to serve, allowing the naval aviation school to be preserved for future generations.
The aircraft carrier \"Admiral Kuznetsov\" is, of course, needed to prepare the future associated with our naval pilots. Of course, we need to keep it. It is in a difficult condition. Keeping it in a ready state is a very difficult task.
One of the problems is the maintenance of the cruiser. \"Kuznetsov\" was designed for the southern seas, it does not even have insulation to ensure heat capacity.
It is reported in specialized Telegram channels that 100 billion rubles have already been spent on the modernization of the cruiser. An additional 30 billion may save the situation.
Earlier www1.ru reported that MS-21 and SJ-100 aircraft may be delivered to Saudi Arabia: competition with Boeing and Airbus.
