Первый в России пункт выдачи заказов без персонала с полным доступом по QR-коду открыл Wildberries

Smart Pickup Point in Moscow Operates 24/7

Wildberries has opened its first Smart Pickup Point – a fully automated order pickup location. The Wildberries & Russ press service reported that access to the point is only available to those with a placed order: to enter, you need to scan a QR code from the app, and then scan the QR code again at the terminal to open the locker with the order.

Inside the Smart Pickup Point, there are several fitting rooms. If the order does not fit, the customer can refuse the item and return it to the locker – they have one hour to do so.

The company stated that the new format allows for reducing operating costs and offers customers a modern shopping experience.

The new pickup point is located at: Moscow, Novodanilovskaya embankment, 12. It is open 24/7.

Some marketplace customers can already place orders at the Smart Pickup Point. However, the dimensions of the order must not exceed 35×45×38 cm, and the cost must not exceed 25,000 rubles.
