The largest Russian marketplace, Ozon, is expanding its range of unusual goods by adding floating homes to the "Watercraft" category. The first model is the Flagman 220 from HOUSEBOAT.
The two-story Flagman 220 is made of marine steel. Its total area is about 500 square meters, including full living quarters on two floors (220 sq. m), a spacious open deck (160 sq. m) with a jacuzzi and relaxation area, as well as technical rooms — a hold (80 sq. m) and a separate studio for the crew (35 sq. m).
Equipping it with an engine allows the houseboat to move on the water at a speed of up to 15 km/h, turning it not just into a stationary home, but into a mobile means of travel.
After placing an order on Ozon, the house will be delivered to the buyer by water in assembled form within two months. The first deliveries are focused on Moscow and the Moscow region. Maintenance is organized in the same way as for a car — the owner can contact both the manufacturer and third-party services. The manufacturer provides an extended warranty: 10 years on the steel hull and 1 year on the living area.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the Ozon marketplace is introducing commercial vehicle rentals.
