Tau Technologies has announced the addition of support for the ROSA Mobile mobile operating system to its cross-platform development environment, Tau Platform. This means that applications created on the platform will be able to run not only on foreign Android and iOS, but also on domestic OS — ROSA Mobile, ROSA Fresh and ROSA Chrome.
Tau Platform is an open environment for developing native and hybrid applications in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Ruby. Its architecture allows you to run a Ruby server directly on a mobile device, which simplifies the use of web developments without rewriting code.
For us, it was a logical step to supplement the already implemented support for ROSA desktop systems with full integration with ROSA Mobile. Now users can deploy unified applications on all devices — from embedded industrial terminals to modern smartphones.
ROSA Mobile is a secure Russian mobile OS developed by STC IT ROSA. All of the company's products, including server, desktop, and embedded systems, are based on the unified ROSA platform, which ensures compatibility and security for corporate and government customers.
Support for ROSA Mobile in Tau Platform opens up new opportunities for companies and developers.
