"Progress" visited Baikonur: a new space truck is preparing for an autumn launch to the ISS

Specialists are preparing the ship for launch, checking the operability of systems

The "Progress MS-32" transport ship has arrived at the Baikonur Cosmodrome, which will go to the International Space Station (ISS) in the fall. Roscosmos specialists have already carried out an initial inspection and testing of systems, including the mechanism for deploying solar panels — a critical element for autonomous power supply of the device.

"Progress MS" is a modernized version of cargo ships used to deliver fuel, oxygen, water and scientific equipment to the ISS. The ship will be launched on the Soyuz-2.1a rocket.
