In 2024, the supply volumes of drones for the Russian Armed Forces have increased tenfold compared to 2022, and the needs of the soldiers are met. This was stated by Viktor Yevtukhov, Head of the Presidential Directorate for State Policy in the Defense Industry Complex (DIC).
He emphasized that he cannot disclose the figures, as this is classified information.
The purchase of drones and countermeasures within the framework of the state defense order is systematic.
According to him, purchases of reconnaissance, communication, and electronic warfare equipment have increased significantly. Currently, UAVs of various types are actively used in combat operations, and the need for them will grow, Yevtukhov noted.
Everything will be done to build a system of rapid response and rapid implementation of the latest developments to ensure superiority.
