The head of the company proposed to introduce the concept of the "Iskra platform" for convenience. According to him, Russia has achieved technological sovereignty in it.

Lada Iskra is a new family of compact "B" class cars, which includes a sedan, a wagon, and a high-riding wagon in the Cross version. In the Lada model range, the car will take a place between the Granta and Vesta models.
