Aurus presented a new VIP version minivan based on the Arsenal sedan and an armored version of the Aurus Komendant SUV at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025).
Aurus Arsenal is the first minivan in the brand's model line. It is equipped with a 598 hp engine and all-wheel drive.
The armored Aurus Komendant SUV is equipped with a hybrid power plant based on a 4.4-liter V8 gasoline engine, also with all-wheel drive. This vehicle includes ballistic and anti-explosive protection.
Aurus is a line of executive cars developed since 2013 by order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. Aurus cars are the official vehicles of the President of Russia. Since May 2021, they have been mass-produced at the Aurus plant in Yelabuga, Republic of Tatarstan, which allows satisfying the growing demand for premium cars in the country.
