Crew Protected LST "Peresvet" from UAVs While Moored in One of the Bays of the Kuril Islands

The Project 775M vessel is participating in planned exercises of the Pacific Fleet

The crew of the large landing ship (LST) "Peresvet" (Project 775M) of the Pacific Fleet conducted exercises to protect the ship while moored at an unprotected roadstead in one of the bays of the Kuril Islands.

The sailors practiced actions for mine countermeasures and anti-underwater sabotage defense. To hit surface targets, they threw hand grenades and fired from automatic weapons from the LST's deck.

Servicemen of the Pacific Fleet protected "Peresvet" from drones and unmanned surface vessels (USV) of a mock enemy. To accomplish this task, they used AK-630M 30 mm automatic artillery systems and 12.7 mm machine guns.
