At the "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" (CIPR) conference, the National Research University MPEI, together with Positive Technologies, presented an innovative hardware and software complex for energy system management. This was reported by the university's press service.
Rector of the National Research University MPEI Nikolay Rogalev noted that the joint work with Positive Technologies and other partners led to the creation of a unique digital twin of the energy system. It used Russian solutions: equipment and software.
The hardware and software complex of the cloud platform allows creating effective energy facility management systems, as well as testing protection algorithms and automatic control of energy systems in a single development environment.
The practical significance of the complex lies in the implementation of the concept of an open automated process control system
The project was created as part of the program of the NTI Center of the National Research University MPEI with the participation of industrial partners and consortium members, including Elesi, MashUnit and NVT-systems.
