The Kingisepp Machine-Building Plant (KMZ), a military-industrial holding, has implemented a universal three-roll plate bending machine FACCIN HAV 2562. It is suitable for processing medium and heavy metal products, the holding's press service reported.
FACCIN HAV 2562 can compete in performance with more expensive four-roll machines. The model can handle the task of bending sheet metal up to 80 mm thick.
The three rolls of the machine can move independently of each other, allowing you to adjust the distance between the bending points depending on the task. The equipment is also equipped with an electronic roll parallelism control system with an accuracy of 0.2 mm.
The appearance of the new machine allowed KMZ to increase the volume and expand the range of products.
Rolling is an operation of deforming sheet material. Any plastic metals are processed. Rolling produces finished parts, accurate blanks for stamping.
