Farewell to Office Routine: Smart Engines Introduces AI Agents for Automating Template Creation in Documents

Russian Development Significantly Speeds Up Work with Non-Standard Forms

Smart Engines, known for its solutions in the field of document analysis and recognition, has introduced new AI agents capable of automatically creating templates for custom documents. This significantly simplifies working with non-standard forms that previously required manual configuration or specialist assistance.

The technology is particularly in demand in the banking sector, insurance, telecommunications, and government institutions, where thousands of documents of various formats are processed daily. The Smart Engines solution allows recognizing up to 55 documents per second on a single processor without using a GPU, and on mobile devices, processing one page takes less than a second.

The development is based on Agentic AI — an approach in which artificial intelligence acts autonomously. The new neural network stack is integrated into Smart Document Engine, a system that not only scans text but also analyzes the structure, logic, and meaning of the document.

AI agents instantly determine:

  • Text fields (handwritten and printed)
  • Barcodes and QR codes
  • Checkboxes and tables

Previously, adding a new template required manual work, but now the process takes seconds.

Our fundamental principle — "Only AI, and no one extra" — remains unchanged since the company's founding. All our solutions provide flawless document recognition without human intervention. Now we are taking the next step, eliminating even minimal user participation when adding new forms.

The solution works completely locally — without transferring data to the cloud or to third-party servers. This guarantees confidentiality, as information does not leave the organization's perimeter.
