The total amount of claims in the two new lawsuits amounted to 134 thousand 481 rubles. There are no other details on these cases.

As a reminder, in July 2024, law enforcement agencies initiated a criminal case of fraud on a particularly large scale (Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) in the execution of state contracts for the needs of the Russian army.

On August 1, Vladimir Pavlov and the former general director of "Voentorg-Retail" (a subsidiary of JSC "Voentorg"), Timur Isakov, were arrested. Later, three more defendants were arrested in the criminal case.

The HH.ru website indicates the activities of "Voentorg-Retail" in the following areas: 1) a network of "Voentorg-Pyaterochka" grocery stores to provide the population with food at affordable prices 2) a network of "Army of Russia" stores (a Russian brand of clothing, footwear, and accessories in the "military" style) 3) a network of "Voentorg-Pharmacy" pharmacies 4) catering, vending, and household services
