The company "Region" has announced the launch of mass production of hydraulic cylinders in the Orekhovo-Zuyevo urban district of the Moscow region. The output will be up to 4.2 thousand units per year.
Hydraulic cylinders are volumetric reciprocating engines. These are key components for cranes, dump trucks, bulldozers and other machines. Evgeny Kovalev, Commercial Director of StalePromyshlennaya Kompaniya Region LLC, emphasized that the creation of a new production site with the help of the FRP (Industry Development Fund) enabled the company to switch to large-scale production of hydraulic cylinders with a diameter of 35 to 180 mm.
At the same time, only a couple of enterprises in Russia produce telescopic hydraulic cylinders, and recently, while mostly they were made to order in Europe. Our own design bureau allows us to carry out highly specialized development and refinement of products to meet individual customer requirements.
Currently, the company has already started supplying finished products to the trailer manufacturer "Grunwald" and the machine-building plant "Tonar", which is also a borrower of the FRP. Potential customers include enterprises engaged in the production and repair of equipment for agriculture, utilities and the mining industry.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the Yura Corp plant in the Leningrad region resumes component supplies.
