The new Lada Iskra model, launched into mass production in March 2025, will participate in the Ministry of Industry and Trade's preferential car loan program from the first days of sales.
According to AvtoVAZ Vice President Sergei Gromak, the car meets the localization level requirements, exceeding 2000 points. This allows it to be included in the list of state-supported vehicles along with other domestic brands: UAZ, GAZ, Moskvich 3, and VIS.
The program provides a 20% discount on the cost of an ICE car (up to 2 million rubles), and for residents of the Far East — 25%. Separate conditions apply to electric vehicles (35%, but no more than 925 thousand rubles) and cars with manual control (up to 40% for participants in the Special Military Operation). Since May 2025, benefits have been extended to large families throughout Russia: with three or more children, the discount is 10%.
Lada Iskra, which occupies a niche between Granta and Vesta, is presented in three versions: sedan, station wagon, and cross-version. Official sales start on July 20 — on the 58th anniversary of AvtoVAZ.
