Chemezov noted that, at a minimum, profitability should be about 5%, and even better, from 5 to 10%.
With the current profitability rate, it is difficult to develop. We create new modern equipment only if the Ministry of Defense allocates direct funding for R&D or research and development work. Without this, many enterprises are in a state of "just to survive."
