The dock repair of the ship has already been completed. Next, the "Admiral Chabanenko" will be equipped with the latest weapons - it will be equipped with universal vertical launchers for missiles of the "Caliber", "Onyx" and "Zircon" complexes, as well as a universal artillery installation A-190 caliber 100 mm.
According to previous plans, the "Admiral Chabanenko" was planned to be returned to the fleet in 2023. The delay was due to cardinal changes in the radio-electronic and missile weapons of the ship, which required additional work.
