The Moscow Arbitration Court has postponed until July 24 the consideration of the claim of the Russian Transneft to recover 83.1 million rubles in damages from the American technology company IBM. This follows from the data of the arbitration cases.
Also, at the request of Transneft, the court involved IBM Ireland Product Distribution Limited as a co-defendant in the case. Mont LLC and Mallit LLC were involved in the case as third parties.
The essence of Transneft's claims is not disclosed at the moment.
Transneft is a Russian transport monopoly, the operator of Russia's main oil pipelines. The state owns 78.55% of the company's authorized capital, or 100% of the voting shares.
