The Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) have received a new batch of Ka-52 "Alligator" helicopters, according to a former pilot and author of the Telegram channel Fighterbomber.
The published footage shows the combat rotary-wing aircraft being loaded onto a military transport aircraft for further delivery to the operational regiments of the Russian Aerospace Forces.
The Ka-52 "Alligator" is a combat helicopter developed by the Kamov Design Bureau (part of the Russian Helicopters holding company of the Rostec State Corporation). The helicopter is equipped with an electronic warfare system, active countermeasures, and stealth technology.
The helicopter's standard armament includes unguided and guided missiles, including Shturm-VU anti-tank systems equipped with Ataka laser-guided missiles, as well as Vikhr guided missiles. In addition, the helicopter carries aerial bombs and gun pods.
