Мошенники рассылают фейковые SMS о «взломе» на «Госуслугах»: как распознать обман

Russians began to receive fake messages from "GosUslugi"

In recent days, there have been frequent cases of fraudulent mailings in which attackers imitate notifications from the "Gosuslugi" portal. According to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Combating Cybercrime (UBK), users receive SMS messages with the text: "GosUslugi. An authorization was detected on the GosUslugi portal," after which they are invited to call the indicated "support service" numbers.

The UBK emphasizes that official notifications about logging into the "Gosuslugi" account are sent exclusively to email from no-reply@gosuslugi.ru only if the notification function is activated in the "Security" section. "Such information is not sent in SMS," the department clarifies. The only confirmed service support number is 8 800 100-70-10.

Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs warned about a similar scheme: fraudsters gained access to personal accounts under the guise of mobile operators, offering to "change the tariff." Experts recommend never clicking on links from suspicious SMS messages and not сообщать verification codes to посторонним.

  • Check the sender's address (official letters only from no-reply@gosuslugi.ru).
  • Enable two-factor authentication in the security settings.
  • To contact support, use only the official number or the feedback form on the portal.
