Production of Lada Niva at the AvtoVAZ plant in Togliatti has been paused for a week due to disruptions in the supply of components from Balakovo. This was reported by the insider public "Avtograd."
The enterprise "Avtokomponent Balakovo" from Saratov, which supplies stamped parts and body panels, was unable to meet the shipment schedule, which led to a complete shutdown of the assembly line.
From May 12, 2025, AvtoVAZ resumed car production at factories in Izhevsk and Togliatti after a corporate vacation that began on April 30.
