The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has filed a lawsuit against the Moscow State Technical University (MSTU) named after N.E. Bauman to recover more than 82 million rubles.
The issue concerns the supply of a robotic complex for eliminating the consequences of radiation accidents under a state contract, according to materials posted in the arbitration case file.
Accept the statement of claim of the Ministry of Defense against MSTU named after [N.E.] Bauman for the recovery of 82,019,840 rubles and initiate proceedings in the case.
The claim is related to the non-performance or improper performance of the terms of the agreement.
