Russian military destroyed an infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) Bradley made in the USA with a loitering munition "Lancet". This was reported in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
The combat vehicle was detected by means of aerial reconnaissance. After analyzing the received intelligence data, the command decided on fire impact on the IFV.
The calculation of the loitering munition "Lancet" destroyed by hitting Bradley. The department added that objective control of the destruction of the IFV was carried out by means of aerial reconnaissance in real time.
The Lancet drone is manufactured by Zala Aero (part of the Kalashnikov concern). The drone is equipped with several types of guidance systems and a television communication channel.
The loitering munition is capable of hitting targets within a radius of up to 40 km, its maximum take-off weight is 12 kg.
