New interceptor drones designed to destroy unmanned boats have been developed in Russia. This was announced by the head of the "Archangel" project, Mikhail Filippov.
According to him, the product is capable of accelerating to a speed of 345 km/h.
Field tests of the "guided bullet" showed that the drone is capable of reaching speeds of up to 345 km per hour. The speed of the BEC, even in a commercial version, is a maximum of 140 km per hour. This means that it will not be able to escape the "bird" under any circumstances.
Currently, the drone from "Archangel" is being integrated into systems for combating unmanned boats of the enemy in the Black Sea.
