A chat with artificial intelligence has appeared in the Yandex Market application. It will help service customers solve various issues without resorting to other sources of information: it will select products according to the user's request, tell about their advantages and compare them with similar options.
At the moment, the Market assistant is functioning in test mode. Users can rate its responses by giving likes or dislikes. This will help improve the quality of recommendations, taking into account customer opinions.
The artificial intelligence underlying the assistant's work uses the YandexGPT 5 Pro neural network, which was refined by specialists based on data about marketplace products and customer reviews.
The assistant is already able to analyze product characteristics, explain the advantages of one product over another, and suggest alternative options. When forming recommendations, the assistant takes into account the buyer's preferences and offers him a personalized selection of products.
To start a dialogue with a virtual assistant, you need to go to the main part of the application. There you can immediately ask questions about the product you are interested in and quickly find similar offers.
All conversations with the assistant in the chat are saved for a limited period of time.
