The second hydrofoil boat "Valdai 45R" for the Saratov region was launched in Nizhny Novgorod. It was named after Pyotr Stolypin. This was reported by the press service of the Central Design Bureau for Hydrofoil Vessels named after R. E. Alekseev (JSC "CDB for SEC named after R.E. Alekseev").
On May 5, we plan to hand over the vessel to the customer on the territory of the CDB production complex, and then the SEC "Valdai 45R" will go to Saratov on its own.
Currently, 3 SEC "Valdai 45R" and 6 SEC "Meteor 120R" are being built at the company's slipways. Main characteristics: length — 21.3 m, width — 5.2 m, height — 6.3 m, draft — 1.1 m, displacement — 21.4 tons, engines — MAN D2842LE410 with a capacity of 1100 hp, speed — 65 km/h.
