A specialist from the technical department of a Russian Armed Forces unit with the call sign Kenedi has personally designed a reconnaissance drone of the aircraft type. He named his aircraft "Zeus."
The drone's wingspan is 4 m, the unit weighs 6 kg, plus it can easily take an additional load of 10 kg. Initially, the aircraft was made as a reconnaissance vehicle.
The aircraft is operational. It is launched from the hands. It is a kind of glider. It glides very well, does not go into a roll, and flies without motors. Today we will conduct tests, we will see how it will behave with the motors turned off, how far it can fly. I plan to raise this aircraft to a height of 2-3 km.
The serviceman noted that the drone is currently undergoing testing. A communication system is being installed and the range of its flight is being calculated.
