Минобороны хочет взыскать 13 млрд рублей с производителя взрывателей для ракет НПП «Импульс»

The Arbitration Court of Moscow will consider the claim of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation to PJSC "NPP “Impuls”".

The Ministry of Defense of Russia filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of Moscow against the public joint-stock company "Scientific and Production Enterprise "Impuls"". The amount of claims amounted to 13 billion 5 million 256 thousand rubles.

The court has not yet accepted the statement of claim for production. Information on the reasons for filing the claim is not specified in the case materials.

PJSC "NPP "Impuls"" specializes in the development and production of radio-electronic subsystems and devices. The company implements projects using outsourcing for a number of technological processes and uses its own compact production sites for the implementation of developed solutions.

The main types of products are radio fuses for anti-aircraft guided missiles, target coordinators for self-aiming combat elements, as well as guidance systems for guided aerial bombs and tactical missiles. The company has developed and produces high-precision liquid and gas flowmeters with a working volume of 2 ml to 1000 ml.

The controlling stake (77.69%) belongs to the Aerospace Defense Concern "Almaz-Antey", one of the leading developers of air defense systems in Russia.
