AvtoVAZ proposed to return subsidies for the purchase of cars for families with minor children. This was announced by the head of AvtoVAZ, Maxim Sokolov.
Such a measure was already in support, then it was reduced. Now we are proposing to resume it again. I hope that the government's decision and the Ministry of Industry and Trade's cash desk for this type of budget expenditure obligations are already in the final stages of the decision. Therefore, I believe that by the end of April we will see that this measure has been implemented.
The "Family Car" program is aimed at helping families purchase a car. Currently, subsidies are only available to families with children in the Far East.
Preferential car loans can be obtained by medical workers, teachers, participants in military operations in Ukraine and their families, as well as citizens with disabilities. The basic discount is 20% of the car's cost, and for residents of the Far East - 25%. The federal budget has allocated more than 36 billion rubles to finance the program.
The program covers cars with an internal combustion engine costing up to 2 million rubles, which score at least 2000 points for localization. This includes all Lada, VIS, UAZ, "Moskvich 3" and GAZ models (with a total weight of up to 3.5 tons).
