Chatbots perform pre-defined tasks, such as data collection or interaction with users. Neural bots are able to adapt and adjust to the interlocutor, which makes them more difficult to recognize. Experts note that there is no universal way to identify them, but there are several recommendations.
Firstly, it is worth suggesting that the interlocutor switch to a video call. Live communication will help to identify the deceiver. Secondly, you need to ask questions that require original thinking or personal experience. It is also important to stay on the service platform and not switch to messengers. If you suspect something, it is better to end the conversation and notify the administration.
It is important that intelligent bots remain useful within business processes, as their misuse opens up new and as yet little-studied opportunities for deception, the consequences of which can be extremely serious.
