The RVB company (United company of Wildberries and Russ) has introduced a new feature in its mobile application. Customers can track couriers in real time, from pick-up points to the customer's door. This was announced by Nikolay Vikultsev, Head of WB Courier, at the Conference on Innovative Technologies in E-commerce.
We strive to make courier delivery as convenient, transparent and modern as possible. The real-time order tracking feature significantly increases comfort.
The courier tracking map is available in more than 300 cities where the service operates. Users can see the current location of the courier and his arrival time.
In the near future, an online chat function with the courier will appear in the application. Customers will be able to pass on important details to him, such as the entrance number or intercom code, and also inform him if they have gone outside.
