At the Ozyorsk Machine-Building Plant "SpetsBurMash," a new import-substituting machine for drilling and blasting operations has been developed. This was reported by the press service of the Chelyabinsk Region Industry Development Fund.
The Ozyorsk manufacturer of drilling and blasting equipment has received a patent for a stemming machine with a new, fully automated mechanism for stemming vertical and inclined blast holes with a diameter of 160 mm or more. It is fully ready for mass production, and it is an import-substituting innovative development.
The new equipment can be used in the oil and gas sector, in the extraction of various minerals, and in construction. The mechanisms are controlled using a remote control in the vehicle cab. This ensures the convenience and safety of the operator.
Mass production of the new product is expected to begin soon.
