Новейший дистанционный пулеметный модуль и антидронный станок для ПКМ разработали для военных

The module is equipped with a high-resolution camera with stabilization in two planes

A new remotely controlled machine gun module has been developed for the Russian military. It is used for firing from PKT, PKTM from positions protected for operators.

The module is equipped with a high-resolution camera with stabilization in two planes. The system allows, with the help of the installed thermal imaging sight, to observe and accurately hit the target at a distance of up to 500 meters.

The module is operated using a joystick and an LCD monitor. Therefore, the operator does not have to be near the machine gun installation; the module can be controlled remotely at a distance of 50 meters.

Specialists have also developed an anti-drone mount for the PKM machine gun. It can be used to engage enemy drones and ground targets from standing and kneeling positions.

Earlier www1.ru reported that a new communication system for kamikaze drones has been developed in Russia: it bypasses all existing electronic warfare systems.
