A serious outage has occurred in RuNet, causing user dissatisfaction. Many are complaining about difficulties sending messages in Telegram and uploading media files. According to Downdetector, this is not the only problem: outages have also affected services such as T-Bank, Bank VTB, AnyDesk, and others.
Users are reporting various issues, including the inability to log into applications and difficulties with transactions. Disruptions are observed on the FACEIT, Character AI platforms, as well as with mobile operators.
At the moment, there have been no official comments from the companies. However, before the outage, the State Duma stated that the cause of the access problems could be foreign hosting providers. Meanwhile, users continue to experience difficulties, and many are waiting for the restoration of normal service operation.
