A rating of the ten most affordable new cars costing up to 1.7 million rubles has been compiled in Russia. The information is current as of April this year.
Lada Granta leads the rating with a starting price of 749.9 thousand rubles. The basic Standart configuration is equipped with a 1.6-liter 90-horsepower engine paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Standard equipment includes power steering, power windows for the front doors and side mirrors with electric adjustment and heating.
In second place is the Lada Niva Legend - the cheapest SUV for 1,059,000 million rubles. The car is equipped with a 1.7-liter 83-horsepower gasoline engine, a five-speed manual transmission and all-wheel drive. Standard options include power windows and ISOFIX child seat attachments.
The top three affordable cars are closed by the Lada Niva Travel - its price starts from 1,314,000 rubles. Under the hood of the model is a 1.7-liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 80 hp and all-wheel drive. The standard equipment includes side mirrors with heating and electric drive.
In fourth place is the BAIC U5 Plus - the cheapest foreign car for 1,394,500 rubles. The basic equipment includes a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine, a five-speed manual transmission, a multimedia system and a rear-view camera.
The fifth line of the list is occupied by Lada Vesta - price 1,459,900 rubles. It is equipped with a 106-horsepower naturally aspirated engine and a five-speed manual transmission. Standard equipment includes airbags, air conditioning and electric side mirrors.
Number six is the UAZ "Hunter" with a starting price tag of 1,510,000 million rubles. The SUV is equipped with a 112-horsepower unit and a plug-in all-wheel drive. Standard options include a headlight range control.
The seventh line of the rating went to the JAC JS3 - the cheapest crossover for 1,549,000 million rubles. The basic equipment includes a 1.5-liter 109-horsepower engine and a six-speed manual transmission, as well as air conditioning and parking sensors.
In eighth place was the Livan X3 Pro - price from 1,559,000 rubles. The model received a 1.5-liter 103-horsepower engine and a variator, as well as a multimedia system and a DVR.
The penultimate in the ranking is Changan Alsvin - cost 1,600,000 million rubles. The car is equipped with a 1.5-liter 98-horsepower engine and a robotic transmission, as well as a multimedia system and air conditioning.
The rating is closed by the Lada Largus - a five-seater station wagon for 1,660,000 rubles. The car has a 90-horsepower naturally aspirated engine and a five-speed manual transmission, as well as air conditioning and ABS.
