A Volga equipped with a Toyota engine is being sold in St. Petersburg. Under the hood of this domestic car is a 2.7-liter 3RZ-FE series engine with a capacity of 152 horsepower. The car also uses a Japanese automatic transmission and has air conditioning.
The unique car was created by specialists from one of the Nizhny Novgorod enterprises. They modified GAZ-3102, 3110 and 3111, installing technical components from foreign manufacturers in them.
Most of these cars were converted in a makeshift way, so it was almost impossible to register them with the traffic police. However, this copy was legally modified, as evidenced by the plate with the engine number located under the hood. The cost of the Volga with a Toyota engine is 1.2 million rubles.
As the author of the ad clarified, of all the costs, it will only need to be refueled, preferably with 98th gasoline. Everything in the suspension has been reassembled, from the front ball joints to the rear spring bushings, including springs, silent blocks.
Earlier in Moscow, a Soviet GAZ-12 ZIM limousine was put up for sale. This car has an interesting story: it belonged to the creator of the Soviet atomic bomb, academician Igor Vasilyevich Kurchatov.
