A batch of special equipment, created on the basis of the KAMAZ-43118 chassis, was sent to a customer in the Siberian Federal District. The vehicles were developed and manufactured by KAMAZ's official partner, RIAT OJSC.

A batch of ten truck tractors has been delivered to the customer. Demand for jointly produced vehicles from the two companies remains high. In cold regions, in off-road conditions, far from civilization, the reliability and durability of the equipment come to the fore.
Among the distinguishing features of these vehicles is the use of KamAZ-689 engines, designed for operation in difficult conditions.
The design of this engine is developed taking into account high loads and has an architecture that is usually used in more powerful engines. In particular, these truck tractors are equipped with 340 horsepower engines with high torque.
In February, the Russian company KamAZ produced 20 gas-powered truck tractors of the KamAZ-54901 model. This year, it is planned to supply dealers with about 700 of these trucks.
