Xcite car dealers in Russia have begun a large-scale sale of X-Cross 7 and X-Cross 8 crossovers with discounts of up to 500,000 rubles. According to dealership reports, production of the models has been halted, and the remaining cars are being sold in limited quantities-no more than 3-4 cars per showroom.
An employee at an Xcite dealership in St. Petersburg reported that you can currently purchase a car in the top Techno trim for 2.1 million rubles, although the previously recommended price for the Xcite X-Cross 7 was 2.64 million rubles. The dealership is selling off the last of the cars in stock, and no new deliveries are expected.
In Krasnodar, buyers are offered an additional discount of 100,000 rubles from the dealer when applying for a loan, which is added to the factory discount of 300,000 rubles.
Production of Xcite started in January 2024 at the facilities of the former Nissan plant in St. Petersburg. The X-Cross 7 and X-Cross 8 models were localized versions of the Chinese Chery Tiggo 7 Pro and Tiggo 8 Pro.
