The Russian specialist reported that the Z-16 lost communication and sustained shrapnel damage to the body but was able to return to the launch site on its own.

The ZALA drone received special cameras with machine vision technology, which give the command to perform evasive maneuvers during an attempted interception.

The company added that all ZALA special-purpose drones are equipped with onboard artificial intelligence to search for and identify priority targets.
