In honor of the 32nd anniversary of its founding, «M.Video-Eldorado» company launched the first store in Moscow with a unique customer service format. The network's partners are participating in the project: Sber Metaverse Tech, SberMarketing, the Instinct agency and designers from LINII.
The store is located in the Botanica Mall shopping center at 11 Wilhelm Pieck Street. The store's design was developed by the LINII agency in accordance with the corporate style of «M.Video». The interior is dominated by light colors and wood texture, which creates an atmosphere of comfort and lightness.
The store's trading floor provides a convenient division of space into zones, making it easy to find the products you need. The store also has separate zones for products from one brand, as well as zones where products from different brands are presented. In addition, the store has a special area where premium equipment is presented.
The store also has an «M.Cafe» area where customers can relax, charge their gadgets, discuss purchases and have a cup of coffee.
However, the main innovation of the store was the virtual assistant Em.Vi, developed by Sber Metaverse Tech in collaboration with the SberMarketing team. The assistant is based on a large language model (LLM) that supports speech synthesis and synchronization of the audio stream with lip movement.
Em.Vi is ready to help with the selection of equipment. He will tell you about the product, its characteristics and compare it with similar models from other manufacturers. In addition, Em.Vi issues QR codes for ordering the device you like, which significantly speeds up the purchase process.
Earlier, SuperJob conducted a study and found that 48% of Russians, or one in two, actively use artificial intelligence in their lives. Of these, 31% use it for personal purposes, 18% for professional activities, and 16% for learning.
