VK has launched an open beta test of generative neural networks for all users of Mail.ru services. During the closed testing phase, over 1 million users tried out its capabilities.
The most frequent request was summarization (highlighting the main points) of emails in the mail, this function was used by 47.8% of users. The second most popular request was creating greetings in the calendar, which interested 33.4% of users.
Smartphone owners on the iOS platform most often participated in the testing. The open beta testing became the final stage before the launch of the neural network in Mail.ru services. During the test, specialists refined the language model.
It was previously reported that Roskomnadzor will use AI technologies to search for prohibited information on the Web.
