The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Khabarovsk Territory received instructions from the governor to create conditions for increasing the production of unmanned aerial vehicles to 1,000 units per month. The head of the region, Dmitry Demeshin, announced this in his Telegram channel at the end of last week. Exact data on the current production volume are not provided.
We were able to establish UAV production — one of our achievements. A new model with advanced characteristics has now been mastered.
Currently, the Russian Ministry of Defense has received 5,000 unmanned aerial vehicles, as evidenced by information provided in an official statement. Another 10,000 drones are expected to be delivered in the near future.
In addition, the region has established the production of Yerofey buggies. Repair of tracked vehicles, including engines, is also carried out. In addition, camouflage nets and awnings are made here, as well as components for body armor.
Earlier, the heavy agricultural Sarma drone, created at NSTU NETI, successfully completed preliminary strength tests. In the spring, the developers plan to start testing the drone at the airfield.
