The «Kalashnikov» concern is significantly increasing the production of guided loitering munitions (UBB) «KUB» of increased power in 2025. This was reported by the company's press service.
In 2024, the production volume of UBB increased 10 times. In the same year, «Kalashnikov» concluded the first contract for the supply of «KUB-E» guided munitions abroad. «KUB» guided loitering munitions are designed to engage single and group targets of armored vehicles in the tactical depth of the enemy.
«KUB» can be used both during the day and at night, in winds with gusts up to 10 m/s. The complex's control system allows control commands to be transmitted in real time.
Tactical and technical characteristics of «KUB»:
- Contains a warhead of increased power
- Operating flight altitudes — from 150 to 1000 m
- Speed — up to 130 km/h
- Application radius — up to 25 km
