Выпуск уникальных дронов-камикадзе «Микроб» увеличат кратно в России

UAV is fully protected from electronic warfare due to its self-guidance function

In 2025, the production of the "Microbe" FPV drone with a self-guidance function will increase significantly in Russia, according to Alexander Gryaznov, a representative of the developing company.

According to him, the military highly appreciated the machine vision module and the so-called autopilot, which controls the air kamikaze and guides it to the target.

Thanks to the self-guidance system, the "Microbe" is protected from the effects of electronic warfare (EW) systems.

The module automatically determines the change in the target's position relative to the current course, and the autopilot controls the "bird", directing it to the desired point. The autopilot receives the image directly from the drone's camera and sends control commands directly to the controller. Thus, electronic warfare cannot prevent the "Microbe" from completing its combat mission.

The developer attributes an effective flight controller and a high degree of communication protection to the UAV's advantages. The "Microbe" uses non-standard channels for receiving the control signal and transmitting video.

The maximum payload of the "Microbe-10s" kamikaze drone is 4 kg, and the speed is up to 140 km/h. The flight range of the drone while maintaining video signal and control at a height of 4 m above the ground can reach 25 km.

Earlier www1.ru reported that Russia will sell engines for T-72 tanks to India for $248 million.
