The crew of the Strela-10 anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) performs tasks to cover units, places of concentration of personnel, artillery and equipment from reconnaissance UAVs and cruise missiles. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense.
During combat operations, the crew destroyed a Furia drone that was conducting aerial reconnaissance. Now the military wants to "replenish the piggy bank" by eliminating another scout - "Backfire."
Artillery is behind us, that is, we shoot down drones so that they cannot conduct reconnaissance. We provide maximum cover, it works against reconnaissance drones. Most recently, we shot down a "Furia", we are hunting for "Backfire", it has not yet flown to us.
