In Russia, it is necessary to actively introduce automatic analysis of images obtained from inspection and examination complexes (IDCs) of all types using AI technologies. This opinion was expressed by the head of Rosgranstroy, Gennady Bezlobenko.
Senator Andrey Kutepov proposed introducing AI technologies at sea borders. He recalled that the government allocates budgetary funds for these purposes.
Inspection and examination complex is equipment for inspecting large-sized vehicles with a high density of loading with various types of goods. IDC saves the time of customs inspectors and helps to detect prohibited goods or contraband.
Rosgranstroy helps to organize border, customs and other types of control at checkpoints and places of crossing the Russian border. The agency is engaged in the modernization of infrastructure, equipping checkpoints with technical means.
