Authorities want to launch a new service on "Gosuslugi" in 2025 called "Digital Portfolio of a Student." This tool will allow users to upload and store education documents, data on academic achievements, and information on additional education.
The service will be available to citizens up to 35 years old and will be an important step towards creating a "Unified Profile of a Young Person." In the future, this profile will be automatically generated upon the first request for services, such as applying for enrollment in kindergarten or admission to a university.
Authorities want to create a complete picture of the educational path of each young person, from early childhood to employment.
Vice Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko stated that modern education should be not only universal but also targeted. It is necessary to ensure that it corresponds to the specific skills and interests of each child.
He emphasized that it is important to take into account the needs of the labor market and predict the demanded specialties in various industries.
